Terms and Conditions
By ordering and accepting services from TISTACAR, it implies that you have understood and accepted OUR Terms and Conditions.
TISTACAR’s customers by definition are private people or companies ordering the service online or by phone. TISTACAR is not obliged to check the ownership status of the vehicle.
Items left in the vehicle
TISTACAR will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle prior to cleaning. Trash will be collected and left in the car in a plastic bag; the non-trash items will be left where they are found. TISTACAR’s technician has the right to not clean under and around the area where the items are left.
Damages and liability
TISTACAR has the sole right to determine the liability for damages the customer claims. TISTACAR’s technicians have the right to take pictures of existing damages before the cleaning. TISTACAR reserves the right to save and store these pictures.
TISTACAR cannot be held reliable caused by materials that are washed off the car.
TISTACAR technicians will remove baby seats from the vehicle unless expressively asked not to by the customer. TISTACAR technician will never install the baby seat after the service is conducted, even if asked by the customer. TISTACAR is not reliable for any damage or accident arising from removing the baby seat before the service.
Data protection
TISTACAR collects and saves the data of its customers related to the service orders, but it will not give or sell these data to any third party.
TISTACAR has the right to take pictures of vehicles for referencing, unless the customer expressively prohibits. Customer can call on TISTACAR to remove the pictures from the reference list. To do so, customer must contact TISTACAR online.
Water usage
TISTACAR’s goal is to use thew least water as possible to clean vehicles. If the vehicle is in extra dirty condition, TISTACAR holds the right to exceed the stated 1GAL per vehicle water usage. TISTACAR technicians will provide the amount of water used after every car wash service, if requested.
Services
TISTACAR has the right to hold the keys of the customer’s vehicle during the service. TISTACAR will not move or use the vehicle outside the private property where the service is conducted.
If the ordered service does not take place on the property of the customer, TISTACAR will always require permission from the rightful owner to enter the property and use ELECTRICITY to complete the service.
In case of additional services (spot removal, extra dirty vehicle, etc.), prices can be offered on site. Technicians have the right to refuse the job in case of additional services not agreed upon when scheduled, or if the service can cause possible damage to the vehicle.
TISTACAR’s service does not require extra space, however if TISTACAR technicians estimate that the service cannot be conducted due to lack of space provided, TISTACAR technicians have the right to refuse the job on the location.
TISTACAR services need an operational electrical outlet. If the electrical outlet is not provided by the owner of the property where the service is conducted, TISTACAR technicians have the right to refuse the job.
In case of weather conditions, in which the service cannot be conducted (customer cannot provide a covered, or covered and heated place to conduct the service), the service can be rescheduled or cancelled.
TISTACAR has the right to turn down orders without explanation.
Payment
In case of turned down or cancelled job, referred in the “Service” part of these Terms and Conditions, TISTACAR has the right to decide to charge or not charge for the service.
Payment can be made in cash, check, credit card.
To order TISTACAR's services, customers must call the contact number or fill out the order form online. The quote of TISTACAR will be sent by email. TISTACAR may call, email or text customer to clarify the order before sending out the offer. Customer must confirm the quote. Confirmation means payment obligation by customer.
Promotions
All discounts will be from prices posted on the website (rounded to the nearest whole number)

Gift Certificates
-Gift certificates can be bought for any of the SERVICES, and in any combination. The Gift Certificates are full price for the TISTA Inside and Outside package and 30% off for any Add Ons.

- Certificates can be purchased and received through mail with giving the following information:
Name of the buyer
Name of the recipient
Address of the buyer
Email of the buyer
The list of services purchased
The type of car(s) that will be serviced with the Gift Certificate
- After payment, Gift Certificates are mailed to the buyer
- Gift Certificates are valid in 2023 & 2024, and are not refundable
- The recipient of the Gift Certificate has to contact Tistacar for an appointment. For appointment and all services given with the Gift Certificate, Tistacar’s general Terms and Conditions apply.

- When making the appointment, the recipient of the Gift Certificate needs to provide the number (#) of the Gift Certificate
